By accessing or using ThePM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

ThePM generates product requirement documents and UI drafts from your input. Generated content is provided "as is" and should be reviewed before use.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the rights to it. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes.

4. Intellectual property

Subject to your input rights, output you generate is yours to use. The ThePM platform, brand, and software remain our property.

5. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of generated content.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the site operator's place of business, pending legal review.
